Annie Malone Day

Sunday, May 20, 2001
12:00 noon - 4:00pm.

This parade celebrates the mortgage burning of the Annie Malone Children and Family Service Center - St. Louis' oldest facility that cares for disabled African-American children. The parade goes by the Wade's Community Celebration and becomes a part of it!

Christmas Memorial Service

Each year, Wade Funeral Home holds a memorial service for the families of all of the families that we have served during the year. At this time candles are lit in memory and prayers are said. This service is a very special time for families throughout the area to fellowship and comfort each other in the difficult months of returning to normalcy after a loved one has been lost.
