When Death Occurs... What to do
 Perhaps, someone that you love has just died. We offer you our sincere condolences and reassurance that Wade Funeral Home is here to make the logistics of this difficult period as manageable as possible.
If you are responsible for making the arrangements for someone who has died within the last few hours, this is what you'll need to do:
Call Wade Funeral Home at (314) 385-3700. During this phone call, we will ask that you provide us with the following:
- Name of your loved one
- The address/location of remains for removal
- The name, phone number and relationship of the person who will be in charge of making the arrangements - if other than yourself
 We will schedule a time for you to come in to make arrangements, or your Wade representative can come to you to make arrangements if you prefer. Further instructions will also be given.
You may also use our online At Need form to transmit to us the basic details we will need. Should you submit your information using this form, a Wade Funeral Home representative will review it and contact you shortly thereafter.
